Happy New Year 2025 Wishes

My New Year 2025 wish for you would be to get ready for what God has in store for us.

Does it feel to you like the world is changing rapidly?

Remember, God is already there.

And, things that we donā€™t like are going to happen this year.

Itā€™s a fact of life in a fallen world.

Even so, God allows it all, and He is already there at the end of it.

Will you walk with Him through the challenges, or put Him on the back burner and go through your struggles alone?

Godā€™s plans are perfect.

His timing, His timing, His timing.

Have I mentioned “His timing?”

No matter what you face this year, God loves you.

You and me are His children.

Speaking with the skeptical religious leaders of the day, our Shepherd Savior spoke the following timeless words.

27Ā My sheepĀ listen to My voice, andĀ I know them, and they follow Me;Ā 28Ā and I give themĀ eternal life, and they will never perish; andĀ no one will snatch them out of My hand.Ā 29My Father, who has givenĀ themĀ to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatchĀ themĀ out of the Fatherā€™s hand.Ā 30Ā I and the Father are one.ā€John 10:27-30, (NASB).1

May they serve as a blessed reminder to us today that we belong to Him forever!

The Faithfulness of God

The Faithfulness of God

One of the best things Iā€™ve heard in a long time was said to me by a dear friend recently.

She said, ā€œIf youā€™re wondering what God is doing, think about what He has done.ā€

That is so true!

When I take the time to reflect on my years past, I can see the fingerprints of God all over my life.

Challenges that seemed daunting at the time are now distant memories – part of the progression in my spiritual walk to make me stronger and more bold for Christ.

The faithfulness of GodWhen your life goes off center, and it seems like thereā€™s no end in sight, remember what God has already done.

You are not alone, and you never were.

Like a shining beacon in any storm, the faithfulness of God is our spiritual lifeline.

We can count on the fact that God is already there at the end of it – no matter what our circumstances.Ā

When our hearts struggle with fear, discouragement, loneliness, pain, or grief, reminding ourselves of the constancy of Godā€™s love can be a tremendously encouraging game-changer. If our faith falters, we must remember Godā€™s immovable, undying, steadfast love.Ā – gotquestions.org.1

Great is the Faithfulness of God

As the Creator, God has the power to carry out His perfect plan for our lives and to accomplish His perfect purposes through our suffering. And as the faithful Creator, He can be counted on to do it. Therefore we can consciously entrust ourselves to His care with complete confidence, and hand the safekeeping of our lives over to Him, believing that He will do what is best. When we do that, we will have peace in the midst of adversity.Richard L. Strauss, Author and Theologian.2
