Happy Labor Day 2021!
Can you believe it’s September already and that Labor Day is here?
Hopefully, you have Monday off to relax with family or friends.
If not, and you’re an essential worker in any occupation, God bless you for honoring your responsibilities.
A verse in Colossians tells us that, when we are working, our focus should ultimately be on serving God.
When we work as for the Lord, some of those irritations on the job take on lesser significance.
Someone captured the heart of this truth when he observed, “If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep streets even as Michelangelo painted, or Beethoven composed music, or Shakespeare wrote poetry.
