Seeking The Calm “After” The Storm

What’s the weather like outside where you live?

Is there “stormy weather” in your forecast?

I have to admit, I’m not a fan of bad storms.

Hurricanes, tornadoes – no thank you!

As a former television news reporter, I was able to see firsthand the aftermath of dangerous storms. It was my job to gently interview heartbroken people who had lost family members as well as their homes. It was gut-wrenching. Often, I went home those nights and shed tears.

Are You Currently Facing A Storm?

There are many types of storms.

Whether it’s a cancer diagnosis, a troubled child, a terrible accident, or a death in the family.

Our worlds can turn upside down the moment we get some bad news. I’ve been there many times so I empathize with any of you in the midst of a heartache.

Please don’t give up praying for God’s will during the storms.

Depend on Him, and trust His timing.
